Fleet Management

Effective corporate vehicle fleet management begins with proper structuring of the fleet itself.   As each company’s needs vary, so too do their fleets.   Some fleet management options are:

• Leasing or purchasing vehicles
• Vehicle makes and models to enlist
• Employees’ ability to select colors, options, etc.
• Whether or not to reimburse for business use of personal vehicles in place of/or in addition to traditional fleet management
• Vehicle life cycle
• Rules and responsibilities of employees regarding use
• Whether or not to outsource administration, maintenance, and repair
